Patio Cleaning & Sealing

There are several styles of patios with many different surfaces, however, as with any exterior surface, it has the potential to become infested with moss and algae, which in damp conditions, can make the paving slippery and dangerous. 

At Kent Pressure Clean, we are aware that this is a charactertistic of many homes in areas such as Ramsgate, Sittingbourne, Gillingham and Maidstone and are confident that we can offer you a reliable and efficient service to restore your patio to its former glory.

We can clean most types of surfaces, including block paving, imprinted concrete, natural stone, crazy paving and paving slabs. Firstly, we will jet wash the surface, using our custom built, pressure washing equipment and fungicidal cleaners. The weeds and dirt that accumulate in the sand filled gaps on block paving is easily washed away with the intense power behind our machines.

Once dry and re-sanded, we would recommend that at least 2 coats of Smartseal patio sealer are applied. This creates a non-permeable membrane across the surface and reduces the need for regular cleaning and maintenance of the paving.

This process will not only provide added protection but will enhance the natural colours of the patio and help filter out UV light that will slow down colour loss in the future.
