Out of all the products widely used in Kent, it's probably decking that requires the most regular maintenance to keep it in good condition.

Left exposed to the elements, the natural oils in the decking will quickly start to dry out. This leads to premature ageing of the decking leaving an unsightly, tired appearance. Without protection, the decking can also become slippery and dangerous when wet and in winter time as green algae develop on the surface.
